Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Drip.
Last updated 16 September 2026
Who we are
Drip is a tool for planning, generating and publishing TikTok slideshow campaigns. These terms are the agreement between you and Drip for use of the service at dripai.studio. Questions go to support@dripai.studio.
Your account
You need an account to use Drip, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and old enough to hold a TikTok account.
A workspace is the unit we bill and isolate. People you invite can see and act on that workspace according to the role you give them. Owners and admins can change billing; members cannot.
Plans, trials and billing
Every plan starts with a three-day free trial that requires a card. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. Otherwise the plan begins and renews automatically — monthly or yearly, as chosen — until you cancel.
Plans include a monthly allowance of generations and AI images. When an allowance runs out, generation stops until the period resets or you upgrade; your saved work stays available. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your full card number.
You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
What you may not do
Do not use Drip to:
- publish content you do not have the rights to, including images, music and other people’s work
- impersonate a person or business, or post content designed to mislead about who is speaking
- generate medical, legal or financial claims presented as professional advice
- break TikTok’s terms or community guidelines, or automate behaviour those terms prohibit
- attempt to access another customer’s workspace, or probe the service for weaknesses without written permission
AI-generated content
Drip drafts slides, captions and hashtags with AI models. Generated text can be wrong, generic or unsuitable, and two customers can receive similar output from similar prompts. You are the publisher: review what goes out, and keep final responsibility for accuracy and compliance.
You own the content you write and the content Drip generates for you, to the extent ownership is available. We claim no licence to it beyond what is needed to operate the service — storing it, rendering it, and sending it where you tell us to.
Publishing to TikTok
Connecting a TikTok account authorises Drip to publish or send drafts on your behalf within the permissions TikTok grants. Automatic publishing only begins when you explicitly authorise a campaign, and pausing it stops future delivery. TikTok decides what is ultimately accepted and shown; we cannot guarantee reach, availability or metrics.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Drip running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, and will give notice of material changes to price or terms before they take effect for you.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Drip and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. On termination we stop processing, and delete or return your content per the privacy policy.
Liability
Drip is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost audience, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
